The Guest Card project is a unique tourist service that provides an exceptional opportunity for all travelling enthusiasts and fans of Belarusian history to effectively plan their own travelling routes for sightseeing around our country with the most of financial benefits.

The Guest Card (Minsk Card. Cities&Regions of Belarus) touristic project is helmed by information and marketing Communal Unitary Enterprise «MINGORSPRAVKA» and supported by the Ministry of Sports and Tourism of Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Culture of Republic of Belarus as part of the national programme “Hospitable Belarus” for 2018-2020, which has been approved by the enactment №232 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 23.03.2016, and of the Republican programme for events in Republic of Belarus in 2018-2020 within the Year of the Native Land, which has been approved by the enactment №547 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 18.07.2018.

One of the main goals of the Guest Card is to present the tourism industry of the Republic of Belarus to the potential foreign tourists, as well as the citizens of our country as part of the development of domestic interregional tourism.

Reaching partnership with the Directorate of the II European Games 2019 in organization of leisure time for event visitors was also one of the major milestones for the Guest Card project.

Guest Card allows for a one-time visit – for free or with the 50% discount, depending on the card format, – of museums, tours, galleries, zoos, etc., that are included into the tourist attractions programme.

The card is activated at the visit of the first such location and is terminated according to the duration specified on the card itself (24, 48, 72, 120, 168, 240 hours or 12 months).

In addition, the VIP and Lux formats of the Guest Card provide an e-pass for unlimited access to buses, trolley coaches, trams, Minsk City lines, as well as the right for 10 subway rides. The pass is limited to the duration specified on the card.

Also, the Guest Card provides a variety of discounts, from 5% to 30%, as well as certain benefits at accompanying services, such as hotels, restaurants, cafes, shops, water parks, farm houses, beauty salons, car and bicycle rentals, etc. Discounts are available for 3 years after the card was purchased.

The Guest Card package includes plastic smart-card and map with guidelines.

The Guest Card can be acquired in two ways:

  1. to order it through the website www.minskpass.by and get the card at the chosen sales office during open hours;
  2. to buy the Guest Card by cash at any sales office in Minsk and across regions of Belarus.
