Today, on September 27th, we are celebrating World Tourism Day. On this professional holiday, Valery Parashchanka, the director of National Tourism Agency congratulates everyone involved in the industry.

Congratulations on your professional holiday - World Tourism Day!

This is a great occasion to rejoice in success achieved by your hard work, to analyse the difficulties we have encountered and to dive into even more challenging projects fresh and optimistic.

2019 was marked not only by major sporting events – the II European Games and the Match "Europe-USA", which were a springboard to the further development of tourism in our country. The visa-free regime in Brest and Grodno regions is evolving. Visas with the United Arab Emirates were cancelled. Many marketing events, including exhibitions, seminars, familiarisation tours, had been held.

A lot has been done, but we still have much to do in future - Belarus is gaining popularity on the international tourism scene, and fortunately, we don’t have time to slow down. Dear colleagues, I would like to thank you for your hard work, dedication, patience, enthusiasm and integrity and wish you an inexhaustible creative ideas, bright routes, pleasant surprises and implementation of all projects!
