Valery Parashchanka, the Head of the National Tourism Agency, conducted a business meeting with the representatives of tourism industry of the USA, Canada and Belarus.
The meeting concluded the familiarization tour around Belarus for tourist operators from the USA and Canada. The tour was arranged by the National Tourism Agency in cooperation with the Ministry of Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Belarus.
In the beginning of the meeting Valery Parashchanka, the Head of the National Tourism Agency, welcomed the guests by expressing confidence in the fact that this tour would lay groundwork for active cooperation of Belarus, the USA and Canada in the field of tourism. In its turn, National Tourism Agency is ready to provide support in solving the issues that may arise.
Our foreign colleagues shared their experience in generating tourism products and their promotion, as well as their impressions of Belarus. Most of all the American and Canadian operators were impressed by the hospitality of Minsk, the modernized Dinamo stadium that will become the key stage of the upcoming II European Games, the sincere atmosphere in Belarusian farmsteads. Representatives of Belarusian tourism industry presented their companies and discussed the possibilities and directions of mutually beneficial cooperation.
