The personal reception of citizens, their representatives, representatives of legal entities is conducted by the director of the state institution “National Tourism Agency” every second Thursday of the month from 8:00 to 13:00.The address: Minsk, st. Kirov, d. 8, k. 2, com. 912.
The person must present an identity document. Representatives of the applicants must also submit documents confirming their powers (Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities” dated July 18, 2011 No. 300-З).
If the day of the personal reception is a Public Holiday or a Holiday declared by the President of the Republic of Belarus as a non-working day, the day of the personal reception is postponed to the next working day.
In case of temporary absence of the Director, the direct telephone line is conducted by the officer-in-charge of Director.
